so sad.. dis sprained my ankle ytd..=(

well, it's de 4th time dis yr.. n it's only august.. so, on average, i sprain my ankle once every 2 mths..=( dis time was my left ankle.. last 3 times was my right. so.. dere goes my 2 ankles.. alright, let me do a calculation. hmm.. left foot, sprained 2 times in total. right foot, 5. so, total, 7 times. 4 times dis yr!!! shit man. think i gotta change a pair of shoes. though i love my current shoes as dey're damn light, but dey dun love me, dey keep injuring me.=( y dun u love me??

sprained it while playin bb during pe lesson.-.- lucky pesta sukan carnival over, or my head n body will be chopped into million pieces by my darls n vanished into de thin air. i love mei mei soOO much la! dis is why..

i left sch half way, tellin ah kwang dat i gtg see a physician wif meimei at 245. we cabbed to jurong west st 92, opp CHC (city harvest church). dere was dis very good physician.. but when we reached dere, it was closed. wasted $13.20. -.- den we cabbed down to boon lay drive blk 202, where mei mei went de last time she sprained hers. haven even rch dat place i'm already feelin scared.

reached dere. was asked to sit at a corner where de uncle started to touch n press my swollen part. it was OUCH! den he kept askin me to relax.. which i dun think i can. i was soo scared dat i held on to meimei's hand very very tight. n ya.. de next part was HELL. he squeezeed, pressed, twisted, pulled and pushed my knee n ankle!! de whole process was unbearable!! i held on to meimei's hand even tighter.. dunno if she was goin thru hell too.. hahah! de pain lasted for quite some time till i had to beg de uncle to stop n take a break.=X i fear pain. i really do. when he finally stopped, den i actually felt myself breathin. dere, i made up my mind dat i'll do all things to prevent myself frm spraining again. he said i hurt my dat bone, de popped up bone(ankle) haha! n was dislocated. my right ankle has been givin me probs too. since i was dere, might as well ask him help me see if dere's any prob rite? he said one of de joints went out of place. "shit man, had to go thru another hell of pain" i thought. but not exactly.. he twisted n pulled, den everythn was ok. i felt my right ankle REBORN. haha! he's damn good la!! next time u all sprain ur ankles go dere k? i volunteer to be ur escort.=P finally aft soo long, i felt dat my right ankle is fully recovered. maybe it's a blessing in disguise i sprained my left one? eh, it's too much a price to pay in de end.. hmmx.

rch home n slept, had a terrible headache. had a hard time finding a perfect spot to slp too.. my ankle la! slept frm abt 6 to 7 plus. woke up, headache not gone. ankle got worse. cldn't walk.=( meimei warned me abt dis. haiz. i hav to hop ard in de hse.. fortunately my hse is small.

now, i'm restin at home.. ankle felt much betta.. think de swell went down.. or izzit psychologically? haha! still cant walk though. n i miss my darls sOoo much.. wished dey were here wif me..=( but i woke up today n saw all of deir msgs.. soo happy! i love dem!! jus as wad i've said much earlier on.. when sth bad happened to u, de next greatest thing u get is all de frenz' lub n concern n care. sweeeet. it's only thru de bad times dat u see wad's genuine.=)
