our sch did exceptionally well dis yr! in fact, de whole 1988 dragon year babies did well. 3 cheers!=D haha! our batch was expceted to perform betta den all other batches in O lvl. nv did we disappoint our teachers who pinned high hopes on us. oh ya, i muz congratulate mr chiang s.l! his aim was to let more den 50% of de cohord get distinctions for pure physics, so he cld/may resign earlier & go pursue his other dreams in life. he taught all de classes taking pure phy last yr. thx to him, our class 4c1, which was seemed to be HOPELESS in phy, did well in O. he picked us up frm de dump in sec4 when we were considered as de "undesirables" as our phy teacher kept changing. motivational quotes & speeches lit up our spirits, which made us wanna do well for ourselves, parents, & for him. moz imptly, he never fails to urge us to do ourselves proud & prove to others we can be betta den wad ppl think we are. though we certainly knew 4d1 as a class we'll nv surpass, we still hope to be on par wif dem & betta den 4e1. haha! thx mr chiang!=)
i din do very very well.. i got 12. yup, i'm happy wif my results. at least i improved frm my prelims. thk God dat i'm able to qualify for acjc & sajc as sa netball coach wanna appeal for me if i cant get in. ac needs 10(w bonus) to qualify. i can.. but sa needs 9(w bonus). i onli got 10(w bonus). so ya.. see how lor.. haha! i may wanna stay in cj oso lor.. HAIZ.. i miss my cj frenz! my best bud fiona got 6!!!! her hcl got A1! i'm sOoO happy for her! haha! so does everyone else. wei hao got 8. no change frm his perlims. but i guess he's happy to be able to stay in nj? or i think he expected to do a bit betta ba. LOLx. however, no matter wad results we get, we muz be contented wif wad we hav. we reap wad we sow. rmb dat. haha!
finally. dis whole thing is over.. recall last yr -- when we kept forcing ourselves to study though sometimes we felt damn tired.. mustering all de might we had to keep our eyes open, jus to memorise all de factors for de causes & effects of certain events(for ss & hist).. we did numerous exam papers frm other schs.. de first ever taste of real STRESS. MORE blemishes started to surface.. eyebags got darker & bigger.. heart rates went up high whenever we stepped into de examination hall.. haha! in a blink of an eye, we got back our results le.. we were STRESSED, but now, we got our DESSERTS (dis is wad "stressed" spelt backwards). dese 'desserts' depends on how much effort we put in to make dem.. we made ur own desserts & now we'll hav to taste dem, pretty much de same as we reap wad we sow ya? Lolx.
de fornight cool gang (me, fiona, wei hao, feng rui, jun hong) & jun xian went marche to celebrate de.... reception of O's results..? er.. wadeva u call it. haha! yea.. we owaz spend alot on food. dey're all gluttons lor. not me.=P den i rmb dis conversation we had.. wei hao said jh's bro owaz ans de fon n said "hello" wif a weird accent. n dat makes it sounds lik "ello", "ye-low", "ya-low"..
den wei hao kept sayin, "ye-low". "YA-low..."
wei hao :" jh, next time ur bro say dat again, i'll jus say, 'i slap u ar..' "
den we tot "yE-low" & "yA-low" sounded lik yellow.
so i said :" next time his bro say 'ya-low' u shld say 'orange' "
haha! funny anot?=P i ended up being jacked.. i noe dey'll say, not jack anymore, is humped.-.- "WM..." --> Wadeva Man 'dotdotdot' lolx.
we oso settled on playin pool tml. haha! aft lunch. yay! we rule! haha!
